INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
LeeAnn creates a comfortable, safe space to unpack whatever concerns the client is bringing to counseling. LeeAnn utilizes a strengths-based approach in talk therapy with an emphasis on instilling hope. Together she and her client(s) will celebrate the victories, find a way through the barriers, and walk a path of recovery in whatever part of the journey they are on. LeeAnn considers it a privilege when a client allows her into their sacred space.
LeeAnn has extensive experience working with diverse ages, cultures, faiths, occupations, and socioeconomic backgrounds. LeeAnn is a strengths-based, trauma-informed clinician and primarily uses elements of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as therapeutic approaches. She has training in Relapse Prevention Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Multidimensional Family Therapy.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION
LeeAnn is offering clinical supervision services to masters level clinicians in Wisconsin and Virginia via telehealth.
LeeAnn is passionate and experienced in supporting new clinicians in developing their own counseling style and ethical practices as they earn hours toward licensure. Clinicians who are supervised by LeeAnn receive feedback, support, and professional growth that contributes to the foundation of an enduring ethical clinical practice.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT LEEANN...
LeeAnn has professional mental health and substance use treatment experience a variety of contexts and treatment service deliveries including: residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient, school-based, private practice, non-profit, and county-based services.
LeeAnn has resided in several places, including Wisconsin where she grew up, Botswana, Africa, Mexico, Virginia, and Georgia- where she currently lives. She loves to travel, drink coffee, hear people’s stories, and serve hurting people. In her free time, she supports a clergy spouse, goes on adventures with her kids, and is active in community service and development.
